I just closed in a house yesterday through Sherry Peavy. I wanted to take a moment and express my appreciation for Sherry's efforts. Sherry is a rare find in the world of real estate professionals. From the first showing of the home, until closing, Sherry was not only pfrofessional but also very down-to-earth, probabley one of the most important qualities I would look for in a real estate agent. I am not comfortable dealing with the "gold Jacket and suit" style of agent. During the month I dealt with Sherry it was hard to remember that she was receiving a commission from the deal, it was more like dealing with a new friend! Yesterday, Sherry presented us with a new plant to thank us for being a client with her. That was a very nice touch; alot of agents are content with a handshake and a thank you. Sherry also referred me to the insurance company the seller used, Saving me literally hundreds in home insurance!It was the little things like this that really counted in my home purchase. sherry went above and beyond what most agents would do.
